Law enforcement access to PROTECT data
Through the Wisconsin Department of Justice's eTIME system, authorized law enforcement users have the ability to view information from their DA's PROTECT system.
eTime is a secure website hosted by the DOJ, and with the exception of victim and witness names, the same PROTECT data currently uploaded to the DA's Inter-County Query is also uploaded to eTime.
Juvenile case and person information is uploaded only from cases the DA office has filed with the courts (public information). Adult information is uploaded whether the DA office has filed a case or not.
